CountIT does not guarantee the availability of the counters and is not responsible for any cases of loss, disturbances or interruptions of this service. CountIT is not liable for lost counter readings. A right to reestablish the old count reading does not exist.
- CountIT dissociates itself from contents of the linked websites.
- The user is not allowed to use the counter at websites with illegal or pornographic content, or websites which violate national and or international laws.
- Like most eroticism-provider in the internet, CountIT adjudge child pornography. If you find such content in the context of CountIt, notify it to us. CountIT will take the necessary actions.
- All internet sites which get accessed extensive because of artificial created traffic, are excluded from supply of all services.
- CountIT reserves itself the right to exclude websites from it's offered services, after a detailed check and give the reasons.
- CountIT checks the counters location within irregular periods of time.
- Unused accounts will be deleted after 14 days.
- CountIT reserves itself the right to delete accounts without having to give a reason.
- By deleting the account, the user can terminate the participation, at any time.
- CountIT reserves itself the right to delete accounts which do not conform with these Standard form contract & Terms of use. This can happen at any time, without informing the accountholder before.
- CountIT is authorized to stop and or discontinue the counterservice at any time without giving any reasons.
- CountIT reserves itself the right to modify these Standard form contract & Terms of use, at any time.
